My work moves across three fields that most people keep apart. What holds them together is a single interest in recognition: how we come to see ourselves clearly, how we are seen by the people around us, and how the systems we build might deepen that recognition or quietly erode it.
Some of that thinking becomes books. Some becomes ReSelfing™, the Adult-Self Attachment method I co-created with Dr Louise Goddard-Crawley. Some becomes Affecteon.ai™, the technology company I founded to give machines a more honest sense of human emotional states.
