Katrina Plaza is an American writer, creator and founder based in London.

Her work spans nonfiction, psychology, storytelling and technology. She is the founder of ReSelfing™, where she wrote and built the ReSelfing app around the Adult-Self Attachment method she co-authored with psychologist Dr Louise Goddard-Crawley, and the founder of Affecteon.ai™, an AI company exploring the potential of artificial intelligence as a cognitive mirror.

As a writer, Katrina explores identity, human behaviour, attachment and our fundamental need to be seen and understood. Her work includes See Me and ReSelfing™, alongside The Adventures of Zip, a children's book she wrote and illustrated and is developing for animation.

Across everything she writes and builds is a curiosity about what shapes us, how we understand ourselves and one another, and how technology might deepen rather than diminish that understanding.
