The ReSelfing app brings Adult-Self Attachment into everyday life.
It helps you recognise what is happening in the moment, understand the pattern behind your response and create enough space to choose what happens next.
Powered by Affecteon™, an emotional-intelligence AI middleware, the app responds not only to what you say, but to the emotional state beneath it. Built around the ABCs of ReSelfing™, Awareness, Behaviours and Choice, drawn from the book and method co-authored with Dr Louise Goddard-Crawley, it turns insight into practice, helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself, one conscious choice at a time.
Affecteon™
Currently in development
Affecteon™ is an emotional cognition layer for AI, already built and operating within the ReSelfing app demo. It enables conversational AI to recognise patterns across emotional state, behaviour and choice, rather than responding only to a user’s words.
Using the ABCs of Adult-Self Attachment, Affecteon turns conversation into structured self-reflection, helping users see their patterns, interrupt automatic responses and create the opportunity for a different choice.
This is not AI that becomes the authority. It is AI that helps people develop greater authority over themselves.
